All i can say is AMAZING.....The builder told us that there might be asbestos in our garage and they would not continue until we had evidence that it was all clear.I called Asbestos Surveys Essex at 9.30am.... They had a surveyor around within 3 hours. They took samples and had them tested and the builders were back on site again within 48 hours.I called up 3 other companies and they was all quoting a 7-10 days turnaround.I would highly recommend Liam, great work and thanks again for everything.Ashley

Very prompt response to my request to inspect a garage roof in a recently bought home. I needed to know as a matter of urgency whether the building was safe. Liam spoke to me the same day and came out in the early morning to inspect the roof and take samples for analysis. After testing the samples he was able to reassure me that the type of asbestos used was safe and unlikely to shed asbestos fibres. I was very impressed by his response to my initial enquiry and the speed of the analysis which has allowed us to proceed with repairs to the garage roof. He also issued a complete analysis for me to keep, showing the type of asbestos used and the likelihood of free asbestos fibres being present (very low). I am very pleased and am very happy to recommend his excellent service.
