Asbestos was primarily used as a building material from the late 19th century through much of the 20th century. Asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) were commonly used in various construction applications, including roofing, insulation, flooring, and wall materials, among others.
The Project:
The asbestos management survey conducted in Brentwood for a residential property aimed to assess and manage potential asbestos-containing materials within the premises. Furthermore, the surveyors meticulously examined the property, including its structural elements, insulation, and building materials, to identify any ACMs and their condition. The result? Their findings indicated the presence of some ACMs, primarily within the property’s older construction elements.
